Welcome to Business Technologies
The Business Technologies Division offers training in a variety of areas, preparing graduates for employment in:
- financial and managerial accounting
- business administration (human resources, electronic commerce, entrepreneurship, management, marketing, customer service, sales)
- hotel and restaurant management
- administrative office support occupations (includes medical and legal)
- real estate and real estate appraisal
In addition, many programs are designed to train people for employment in the public and private sector in service-related careers. Some of these programs train persons for careers in local, state and federal governments, while other programs provide individuals with careers in providing services to individuals and groups to meet their personal interests, needs and welfare:
- culinary technology
- early childhood education
- criminal justice technology
Degrees, diplomas and certificates may be earned in traditional classrooms, online, and at various locations around the county. Classes are offered during the day, evenings, and weekends.
